Alexis Goines 7th Annual Safety Fair & Trunk-or-Treat
Join us for the 7th Annual Safety Fair & Trunk-or-Treat, a family fun-filled day! Offering live demonstrations, food and games. We've got a trunk-or-treat line up alongside local vendors and nonprofits offering community resources, as well as giveaways, door prizes and so much more. We’re looking for energetic and reliable volunteers to help make the 7th Annual Safety Fair & Family Fun Day a success!
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup, including helping put up tents and arranging tables and chairs.
- Greet and guide vendors by showing them where their booth or trunk is located.
- Support during the event by helping with trash pick-up and keeping the space tidy.
- Pitch in during tear down/cleanup, including breaking down tents, moving tables, and disposing of trash.
What to Expect:
This is a hands-on role that keeps you moving. Volunteers will play an important part in creating a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all attendees. You’ll be working alongside other community members to support vendors, families, and children attending the fair.
Time Commitment:
Shifts are available for setup, event support, and cleanup—choose one or stay for the whole event!
